V V Wedding School was built from the inside of active wedding businesses — not from a classroom.
Before there were courses or frameworks, there were real wedding days. Tight timelines. Complex vendor teams. High client expectations. Pressure that doesn’t wait.
For nearly a decade, we’ve operated in the field — assisting in over 2,000 weddings and training more than 500 students and interns within our own companies. That scale became our foundation. Every workflow, checklist, and standard we teach was shaped through repetition, refinement, and real execution.
Founded by sisters Kyla, Kyra, and Pauline, V Wedding School is the result of building multiple wedding and event brands from the ground up. As our businesses grew, so did our internal systems — structured client journeys, vendor communication frameworks, pricing models, and day-of leadership protocols.
We realized something important: Most aspiring planners are taught inspiration. Very few are taught infrastructure.
This school was created to change that.
