1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, training program, workshop, digital product, or educational material offered by V Wedding School, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use our programs.

2. Private Educational Provider — Not a College

V Wedding School is a private professional training provider.

We are:

  • Not a college
  • Not a university
  • Not a government-accredited institution
  • Not a regulated career college under Ontario or federal legislation

Our programs are business and professional development courses designed to teach practical wedding planning skills, industry systems, and operational frameworks.

Completion of any program does not provide:

  • Academic credits
  • A government-recognized diploma
  • Licensing credentials
  • Employment guarantees
  • Automatic eligibility to operate in your jurisdiction

Students are solely responsible for researching local business registration, licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements.

3. Educational Purpose & No Guarantees

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

V Wedding School does not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Client bookings
  • Business growth
  • Employment
  • Profitability

Business results depend on individual effort, market conditions, experience, and implementation.

Nothing within our programs constitutes legal, financial, tax, or business advisory services.

4. Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment:

  • Access is granted to the individual purchaser only.
  • Accounts and login credentials may not be shared.
  • Access may not be transferred to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if:

  • Account sharing is detected
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Course materials are misused or distributed

5. Payment Terms

If a payment plan is selected:

  • You are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to proprietary materials, V Wedding School does not offer refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All materials are the exclusive intellectual property of V Wedding School.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Video lessons
  • Curriculum structure
  • Systems and frameworks
  • Templates, checklists, and scripts
  • Downloadable resources
  • Branding and visual materials

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
  • Share login credentials
  • Upload materials to third-party platforms
  • Resell or sublicense content
  • Teach the curriculum as your own

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

8. Certification Disclaimer

Certificates of completion, if issued, confirm that you have completed the course requirements.

They do not represent:

  • Government accreditation
  • Professional licensing
  • Regulatory approval
  • Guaranteed qualification status

Certification reflects training completion only.

9. Code of Conduct

Students agree to maintain professional conduct in all environments related to V Wedding School, including:

  • Live sessions
  • Online communities
  • Group discussions

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or misuse of intellectual property may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V Wedding School shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Client disputes
  • Financial outcomes
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

11. Modifications

V Wedding School reserves the right to:

  • Update curriculum
  • Revise pricing
  • Modify course structure
  • Update these Terms & Conditions

Revisions will be posted publicly and take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.
